1. Introduction

Welcome to Gamesona, a gaming and learning platform created by PickCreation. These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the Gamesona website, mobile application, games, educational activities, flashcards, rewards, subscriptions, and other available features.

Gamesona brings multiple games and learning tools together in one place, allowing users to enjoy entertainment, develop skills, explore new subjects, and learn from one another without needing a separate application for every activity.

By accessing or using Gamesona, you agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue using the service.

2. Eligibility and Accounts

Math Speed: Practice mathematical skills through interactive number challenges.

Trivia Master: Answer questions across subjects such as science, history, geography, and general knowledge.

Brain Trainer: Complete memory and shape recognition activities designed to exercise attention and recall.

Kids Zone: Access child friendly educational activities, including animal sounds and other learning games that may be introduced over time.

Flashcard Studio: Create, study, organize, and share flashcard decks for personal learning, education, exam preparation, job interviews, and other legitimate purposes.

We may add, improve, modify, temporarily suspend, or discontinue features as Gamesona develops. The availability of particular games, levels, categories, and features may vary by account type, subscription, region, or application version.

Gamesona is intended for entertainment and general learning. We do not guarantee specific educational outcomes, improved academic performance, employment, examination results, or other individual results.

4. User Accounts and Acceptable Use

You agree to use Gamesona respectfully and lawfully. You must not:

1. Use the platform to harass, threaten, exploit, or harm others.

2. Publish unlawful, abusive, hateful, sexually exploitative, or otherwise prohibited content.

3. Upload malware, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with the operation or security of Gamesona.

4. Cheat, manipulate rewards, exploit game errors, or use automated methods to gain an unfair advantage.

5. Misrepresent your identity or intentionally distribute deceptive information.

6. Copy, scrape, resell, or commercially exploit Gamesona content or services without authorization.

7. Use another person's content without appropriate rights or permission.

We may investigate suspected violations and take appropriate action, including removing content, restricting features, suspending accounts, or terminating access, subject to applicable law.

5. Flashcard Studio and Community Content

Flashcard Studio allows users to create educational materials for themselves and, where supported, share them publicly with other users.

Our goal is to encourage collaborative learning. Users may create flashcards for vocabulary, languages, school subjects, professional knowledge, exam preparation, job interviews, and other educational purposes.

Private Flashcard Decks

Private decks are intended for the creator's personal use and are not publicly shared through the community.

You retain control over your private decks and may edit or delete them using the available features. PickCreation does not reserve a general right to edit the content of your private decks.

However, we may restrict access to content or take necessary action where required by law, to protect platform security, or to address suspected abuse or other legitimate safety concerns.

Public Flashcard Decks

When you publish a deck publicly, you make its content available to other users according to the sharing features and settings provided by Gamesona.

Public flashcards can help students study, learners exchange knowledge, and job seekers prepare for interviews. By publishing a deck, you grant PickCreation a nonexclusive, worldwide, royalty free license to host, store, display, reproduce, distribute, and format that content as reasonably necessary to operate, maintain, promote, and improve Gamesona and its community features, subject to applicable law and your rights.

You retain ownership of content you create, except for rights you grant under these Terms.

You are responsible for ensuring that your public flashcards are accurate to the best of your knowledge, appropriate for their intended audience, and lawful to share. You must not publish material that infringes copyright, violates privacy, contains personal information that you lack permission to share, or intentionally misleads other users.

Moderation of Public Flashcards

PickCreation reserves the right to review, edit, reorganize, restrict, unpublish, or remove public flashcards when reasonably necessary to address inaccurate, misleading, inappropriate, infringing, unsafe, or prohibited content, enforce these Terms, protect users, or improve the learning experience.

We may also limit public publishing privileges or suspend or terminate accounts that repeatedly publish false, harmful, abusive, or otherwise prohibited information.

We may correct spelling, formatting, categorization, or other presentation issues in public decks. Substantive changes to educational content may be made when appropriate for moderation, safety, accuracy, or platform improvement.

We do not guarantee that every public flashcard is reviewed or verified before publication. Users should independently verify important information, especially information related to professional qualifications, employment, health, finance, or examinations.

PickCreation is not responsible for independently verifying every statement submitted by users. Nothing in these Terms limits any responsibility that cannot legally be excluded.

6. Intellectual Property

Gamesona's name, branding, logos, original designs, software, interface, game systems, and other platform materials are owned by or licensed to PickCreation, unless otherwise stated.

You may use Gamesona for personal, educational, and other permitted purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, reverse engineer, or commercially exploit protected platform materials without authorization, except where applicable law permits such activity.

You are responsible for ensuring that any content you upload or publish does not violate another person's intellectual property rights.

If you believe content on Gamesona infringes your copyright or other rights, you may contact us using the contact information provided on our website.

7. Rewards, Coins, Experience Points, and Achievements

Gamesona may offer virtual coins, experience points, login streaks, achievements, level progress, rewards, and other game related benefits.

These features are intended to support engagement and entertainment. Unless expressly stated otherwise, virtual coins, points, and achievements have no cash value, are not deposits, and cannot be exchanged for real money.

We may establish rules for earning, spending, using, or losing virtual rewards. We may correct balances affected by technical errors, fraud, unauthorized activity, or exploitation of the platform.

We may change reward amounts, progression systems, and availability as the service evolves, subject to applicable law and any specific purchase terms.

8. Purchases, Coin Packs, and VIP Subscriptions

Gamesona may offer optional purchases, including one time coin packs and recurring VIP subscriptions.

Coin packs provide the virtual currency or benefits described at the time of purchase. VIP subscriptions may provide benefits such as an ad free experience in eligible areas, additional game access, hints, exclusive challenges, or additional Kids Zone levels, depending on the plan offered.

The exact benefits, prices, billing frequency, and applicable limitations will be displayed before purchase.

Recurring subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled according to the instructions provided by the relevant payment provider or application store. Canceling a subscription prevents future renewals but does not automatically refund previous payments.

All purchases of virtual coins, coin packs, and VIP subscriptions are final and nonrefundable, except where a refund is required by applicable law or the applicable payment provider or application store's mandatory policies. We do not provide refunds for unused coins, partially used coin packs, unused subscription time, or failure to cancel a subscription before its renewal date, except where required by law or applicable mandatory policies.

You are responsible for reviewing the purchase details, price, subscription duration, and renewal terms before completing a transaction. If you purchase through a third party, including the Apple App Store or Google Play, refund requests must be submitted through the relevant provider when required by its purchase policies.

Virtual coins and other purchased benefits have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for real money unless expressly stated otherwise. Their use and availability may be subject to reasonable technical and operational limitations. We do not guarantee that every purchased benefit will remain available indefinitely if the service is discontinued or materially changed, subject to applicable law and any mandatory consumer rights.

Purchases intended for children should be made by a parent or legal guardian where required by law.

9. Advertising and Promotional Offers

Gamesona may display advertisements or promotional offers in eligible areas of the service.

The Kids Zone is intended to provide an experience without advertisements. Gamesona will not display advertisements within the Kids Zone.

Advertising availability may vary by game, subscription status, region, and platform. A VIP subscription may remove eligible advertisements as described in the applicable plan, but it does not necessarily remove every promotional message or announcement.

We may use third party services to provide eligible advertisements or promotional features. Our collection and use of personal information in connection with those services are described in our Privacy Policy.

10. Children's Privacy and Safety

Gamesona includes a Kids Zone with child friendly activities. We take children's privacy and safety seriously.

We will handle children's personal information in accordance with applicable privacy laws, including the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act in the United States where applicable.

Where required by law, we will obtain the necessary parental consent before collecting personal information from children through covered services. We will also provide applicable parental rights and controls as required by law.

Parents and guardians should supervise children's use of the service, review purchase settings, and help children use community features appropriately.

Public flashcard publishing and other community features may have age restrictions or additional requirements. Children must not share sensitive personal information through public content.

11. Third Party Services

Gamesona may rely on third party providers for services such as account authentication, cloud storage, payment processing, analytics, and other technical functions.

Those services may be governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for independent third party services to the extent permitted by law.

We take reasonable steps to work with appropriate service providers, but we cannot guarantee the continuous availability or performance of services operated by third parties.

12. Availability, Updates, and Changes

We work to keep Gamesona available and functioning properly, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access, error free operation, or compatibility with every device.

We may perform maintenance, fix bugs, update security measures, modify game rules, change available levels, or introduce new features.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When changes are material, we will provide notice or obtain renewed agreement where required by law. The updated Terms will include a revised effective or last updated date.

Your continued use of Gamesona after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance where legally permitted. If you do not agree with material changes, you should stop using the affected services.

13. Suspension and Termination

You may stop using Gamesona at any time and may request account deletion using the available account settings or contact methods.

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate accounts when reasonably necessary to enforce these Terms, address fraud or abuse, protect users, comply with legal obligations, or protect the security and operation of Gamesona.

Where appropriate and legally required, we will provide notice and an opportunity to address the issue.

Account termination may result in the loss of access to saved progress, public decks, virtual rewards, and other account associated features. We will handle account data and deletion requests according to our Privacy Policy and applicable law.

Termination does not remove any rights or obligations that accrued before termination or any provisions that must continue to apply by their nature.

14. Disclaimers

Gamesona is provided on an available basis, subject to the warranties and protections required by applicable law.

To the extent permitted by law, PickCreation does not guarantee that the service will always be uninterrupted, error free, secure, or suitable for every individual purpose.

Educational content, trivia answers, public flashcards, and other user submitted materials may contain errors or become outdated. Gamesona should not be treated as a substitute for professional advice, official educational materials, or authoritative information when accuracy is essential.

Nothing in these Terms excludes a warranty or consumer protection that cannot legally be excluded.

15. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PickCreation will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of Gamesona, including loss of profits, data, or progress, where such exclusions are legally permitted.

To the extent permitted by law, PickCreation's total liability for claims arising from the service will be limited to the amount you paid directly to PickCreation for the relevant service during the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or the minimum amount permitted by applicable law if a limitation is required.

These limitations do not apply to liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.

16. Governing Law

These Terms will be governed by the laws applicable to PickCreation's operating jurisdiction, without overriding mandatory consumer protections that apply to you.

Any dispute will be handled by a court or other forum with proper jurisdiction under applicable law.

The final governing law and dispute resolution provisions will be specified by PickCreation before publication of these Terms.
